Updated all plugins that are non-forked. Added some new plugins.

Added update_plugins.py which can fetch new plugins from GitHub.
New plugins added: zencoding, vim-indent-object, taglist, nginx.vim

Made ir-black the default color scheme
...
Switched away from using gui tabs and made some changes to the default text tab via set_tabline.vim plugin.
Added a new mapping <leader>t<leader> that can open a specific tab number.
